Coos Bay Docking Services 2024 Season

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires safe berthage for the Dredge ESSAYONS and Dredge YAQUINA in Coos Bay, OR for the 2024 dredging operational season. The solicitation is advertised as full and open competition under NAICS Code 488310 Port and Harbor Operations, with a small business size standard of $47M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide safe berthage for the USACE Dredge ESSAYONS and Dredge YAQUINA in Coos Bay, OR for the 2024 dredging operational season. The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment needed to support the vessels while at berth at Coos Bay for crew change and fueling. This includes providing a location at its pier sufficient for the vessel’s size, potable water, dumpster service, crane service, gangway support, and forklift as needed. The contractor shall invoice upon completion of services for each vessel's date on dock.

The anticipated Period of Performance is from 1 May 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.
