Coordinators of Religious Education (CRE)   2

Background
The Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, Virginia is responsible for providing a comprehensive Command Religious Program for active-duty personnel, military retirees, civilian employees, and their family members at MCB, Quantico Memorial Chapel. The goal of this contract is to secure coordinators of religious education for both Roman Catholic and Protestant services to effectively execute this mission.

Work Details
The contractors will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Provide religious education coordination for both Catholic and Protestant services.
2. Maintain regular office hours at the Chapel Annex to interface properly with Directors.
3. Develop faith group specific tracks for Vacation Bible School (VBS) while jointly staffing the program.
4. Recruit, screen, and manage all volunteers, including completion of background checks.
5. Ensure all personnel meet qualification requirements as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
6. Provide substitute coverage as required under PWS Sections 3.1.15 and 3.2.6 with qualified personnel meeting all standards outlined in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period that includes regular operational hours from Monday to Friday and Sundays.

Place of Performance
Marine Corps Base (MCB), Quantico, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must provide qualifications for proposed personnel without identifying specific individuals. All personnel must meet minimum qualifications as outlined in the PWS, including AMS Catechist Certification for Catholic services within one year from contract start.
