THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), Patuxent River, MD, solicitation N6852024R0026 will be issuing a solicitation to initiate a competitive source selection and award for a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to one Prime contractor in support of Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC) East, to procure the upgrade of the Cooling Turbine Test Stand located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC to include the removal of the existing system, design, acquisition, installation, integration, and testing necessary to successfully complete the delivery of an upgraded test stand. In support of the acquisition, the Government will provide the Contractor Government Furnished Information (GFI) to include drawings the Contractor shall use.

Security Classification Level: Unclassified

Set-Aside Status: The acquisition will be competed as a small business set aside per the Market Research and Sources Sought notice, N6852023R0041, posted to SAM.gov 8 August 2023 during the Market Research phase.

Contract Type: The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled for release in April 2024. Proposals will be due 45 days following the official release of the RFP.

After the official release of solicitation, the Government will provide the opportunity for industry to submit questions, feedback or comments related to solicitation up to 15 days after RFP formal release. The Government will provide answers back to Industry NLT 30 days after RFP release.
