DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for project number CL18204012, PR 1000068525, NSN 2903-01-566-7785 listed in the attached market survey. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete and unrestrictive technical data, therefore the overnment intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will be issued using Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The approved source for NSN 2903-01-566-7785 is listed below.
