Converter Compressor Facility Spare Parts

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing this contract for the procurement of spare parts for the Converter Compressor Facility (CCF) as part of the Construction of Facilities Project '80KSC020C0013 - PCN 98833.1 - Modifications to CCF for Block 1B, Phase 1'.

This project aims to implement new helium and nitrogen systems at the K7-0468 Converter Compressor Facility, which includes a six liquid helium pump system to enhance reliability and redundancy for launch support. The spare parts are essential to minimize outages and ensure continued support for the nitrogen and helium pipelines, specifically to meet required helium purity standards. The awarded company will be responsible for providing these critical components.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of the following spare parts:
1. Filter Chamber (P/N U-91434) - T TYPE LINE FILTER with DP ports 1.5 weld neck, Quantity: 1
2. Filter Chamber (P/N U-91435) - T TYPE LINE FILTER with DP ports 1.0 weld neck, Quantity: 1
3. Filter Elements (P/N 549G-10DM) - 4900 Series, Filter Element, 549 Size, Media Grade 10, Material: 316SS, Quantity: 4

A total of 6 items are needed to maintain operational readiness of the CCF for both high-pressure and low-pressure gaseous Helium delivery to the Launch Pad for Artemis II and Kennedy Space Center facilities.

Delivery is to be made to NASA/Kennedy Space Center, BOSS Warehouse – Bldg. M6-0744, Orlando FL 32899.
