Description

This firm-fixed price, design-bid-build project was not competitively solicited but was awarded as an 8(a) set-a-side, sole source procurement in accordance with the Small Business Administration, Seattle Office. Acceptance was obtained by SBA on 27 June 2023.Contractor to provide all meterial, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to convert an existing parking lot into a secure recreational Vehicle (RV) Storage lot and replace a transformer.
