Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is issuing a contract for laboratory testing services within the Continental United States (CONUS). The goal is to ensure quality assurance and compliance with energy provisions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide laboratory testing, surveying, and transportation/shipping of government-owned fuel. Specific tasks include testing various fuel types such as Jet A, JP5, JP8, F76, JPTS, AVGAS, Diesel, Gasoline, FOR, L06, LTL, RME 180/380, CILI/FSII.

Additional tasks involve surveying and transportation/shipping services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Quality Assurance Provisions are incorporated in full text as Attachment 2 to the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a two-year base period from October 15, 2021 to October 14, 2023 and a two-year option period from October 15, 2023 to October 14, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations including Helena, AL; Montgomery, AL; Moundville, AL; Jacksonville, AR; Port Mahon, DE; Port Everglades, FL; Key West, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Tampa, FL; Macon, GA; Bremen, GA; Columbus, GA; Chicago, IL; Baton Rouge, LA; Boston, MA; Portland, ME; Anacostia and Andrews AFB in MD; Baltimore MD; Lockhart MS; Selma NC; Jacksonville NJ; NY Harbor Area NJ; Coraopolis PA; Charleston SC; Rapid City SD; Dallas TX; Houston TX; Craney Island VA; Norfolk VA; Yorktown VA. In California: Carson CA; Colton CA; NAS Lemoore CA; NAS Point Loma CA. Other locations include Moffett Field CA and McClellan Park CA.
