Control Room Furniture Delivery and Install.

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the delivery and installation of control room furniture.
This procurement is set aside for small businesses, aiming to enhance the workspace environment at Stennis Space Center, MS.
The goal of the contract is to provide high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing workstations and furniture that meet specified requirements.

Work Details
The supplier is required to produce a design, procure, deliver, and install the following items:
1. A minimum of 10 workstations featuring electric standing desks in walnut finish (72in x 30in), including trays, dual monitor arms, two-drawer filing cabinets on wheels, and modesty panels for each workstation.
2. A minimum of 11 flip-top tables (71in x 24in) that can be easily reconfigured.
3. 28 ergonomic chairs that are high quality and durable.
4. 2 standing worktables in walnut finish.
5. 10 standing desk modesty and privacy panels.
6. 6 disc base tables with a diameter of 36 inches.
7. 3 glass boards measuring 72 x 48 inches.
8. 2 lateral file cabinets.
9. 3 mobile glass boards.
10. 21 power hubs.
11. 10 power strips.
12. 10 sofa-style side chairs.
13. 4 tall side chairs.
14. 14 studio lamps.
The design must include a layout for the control room incorporating all specified items, including seating for the control area and a breakroom area.

Period of Performance
Delivery requested within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO).
