Description

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy FESBB solicitation and attachments for a Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii on a 24 hour, 7 days per week basis.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The contract will be performed on a 24 hour, 7 days per week basis.

Work Details
The services to be furnished during the base term of five years include providing OCONUS COCO bulk fuel service capabilities, including receiving, storing, and issuing fuel. The contractor is required to provide security and fire protection, removal of water bottoms, reporting and containing oil spills, and personnel security requirements.
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.

Period of Performance
The base term shall be five years commencing on the date of award. The performance period of the base term shall be no less than 54 months of the five-year base term.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the contract performance is the Port of Oahu, Hawaii.
