Contractor Owned-Contractor Operated (COCO) Fuel Storage Services - Persian Gulf Area   3

Background
The solicitation is for Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services in the Persian Gulf Area. The services are to be performed in the Persian Gulf Area, which includes Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. The contract period is anticipated to be for three years from November 17, 2022, through November 16, 2025.

Work Details
The work involves providing OCONUS COCO bulk fuel service capabilities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other requirements set forth in the solicitation. The services include providing tank storage services with specific shell and fill capacities, monthly and annual storage use charges, as well as cleaning and inspection of bulk petroleum storage tanks. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide detailed charts of all required Country, National, local notifications, clearances, and filing costs/fees for receiving and issuing US Government-owned products at their facilities.
