AFLCMC/PZIB Hanscom AFB intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) bridge contract to Maratech Engineering Services, Inc., 5 Carriage Lane, Wakefield, MA 01880 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, authority for other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). It is anticipated to award a three month bridge contract with three, one month option periods on or about 1 April 2015. This requirement is to continue operations for the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) on Hanscom AFB, MA. AFLCMC/PZIB anticipates to award a follow-on, competitive COCESS contract on or about 1 October 2015.
