Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal intends to issue a sole-source procurement to IST Visilty LLC JV, an 8(a) small business set-aside. Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal intends to issue a sole-source procurement to IST Visility LLC JV, an 8(a) small business set-aside.

The goal of this contract is to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to enhance the combat capability of the Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT). This includes initial fielding, cascade/reissue, reset/retrofit, repairs, and maintenance of temporary facilities throughout the retrofit and reset programs.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide CLS services that include:
1. Initial Fielding of Stryker vehicles at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), including preparing for Property Book Transactions and coordinating material transfers.
2. Support for Re-issuing, Prep for Reset/Reset Reissue, and Cascading of Stryker vehicles at JBLM, including documentation and coordination with units.
3. Creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets to track logistical issues related to fielding and deployment.
4. Execution of the Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP), including sample collection coordination and result processing.
5. Coordination and execution of inspections for Stryker vehicles as per technical manuals.
6. Compliance with Threat Awareness Reporting Procedures (TARP) and Anti-Terrorism training requirements for contractor personnel.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), with potential operations extending to Germany for future fieldings.
