This effort is for the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for multiple Air Force terrestrial-based air defense sensors to detect and track threats in the complex National Capital Region airspace in support of the air sovereignty and aerospace defense missions of North American Aerospace Defense /United States Northern Command. These sensors rely upon contractor technical expertise for field site or service support and Integrated Logistics Support. CLS also includes activities associated with system lifecycle sustainment and technical data elements or packages. The systems use a two-level maintenance concept (i.e., Organizational (O-Level) and Depot (D-Level)). The maintenance is performed by the CLS Contractor and coordinated with the Program Management Office.

Background
This effort is for the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for multiple Air Force terrestrial-based air defense sensors to detect and track threats in the complex National Capital Region airspace. This initiative supports the air sovereignty and aerospace defense missions of North American Aerospace Defense Command and United States Northern Command.

The Ground-Based Air Defense Sensors Division (ESG) of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), located at Hanscom AFB, MA, is conducting market research to identify potential business sources for these requirements.

Work Details
The CLS includes technical expertise for field site support, Integrated Logistics Support, system lifecycle sustainment, and technical data elements or packages. The systems operate under a two-level maintenance concept: Organizational (O-Level) and Depot (D-Level).

Key tasks include:
- Maintaining fielded systems per the Systems Requirement Document and associated Technical Data Packages (TDP)
- Providing engineering analysis and recommendations
- Maintaining software and cybersecurity updates
- Supporting Government recurring testing
- Providing logistics support for Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), communications, data processing, and security
- Sanitation and disposal of system hardware.

Vendors must have experience in managing high visibility/high availability hardware sustainment projects, real-time sensor systems, and provide requisite training for employees. Specific requirements include:
- Field Service Support with 24/7/365 system monitoring
- Depot Level Maintenance including modifications, hardware/software updates, repair of failed LRUs, and coordination of repairs by certified vendors.
- A fabrication capability for damaged antennas is also expected to be available.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is expected to last five (5) years starting in January 2028.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place primarily in the National Capital Region.
