AMENDMENT 0008 - The purpose of this amendment is to confirm performance monitoring deliverable information as described in the amendment.

AMENDMENT 0007: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date and clarify pricing model instructions from Amendment 0006.

AMENDMENT 0006:The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the drug and alcohol program as described in amendment 0005 and update the cost/pricing model.

AMENDMENT 0005: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REVISE THE DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING PROGRAM. SEE THE AMENDMENT FOR FULL DETAILS.

AMENDMENT 0004: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS FROM INDUSTRY AND SET A REVISED SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE. SEE THE AMENDMENT FOR FULL DETAILS.

AMENDMENT 0003: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE ALL MISSING/UPDATED CBAS AND UPDATE THE FOLLOWING; PRICING MODEL, SECTION J AND SOLICITATION WORDING IN SPECIFIED AREAS AS DETAILED IN AMENDMENT 0003. THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AS DETAILED ON THE AMENDMENT. BETA.SAM.GOV REQUIRES A DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS IN THE SYSTEM. A DATE OF 6/30/2021 WAS PUT IN AS A PLACEHOLDER AND WILL BE UPDATED WITH AN ACTUAL DUE DATE ACCOMPANIED BY ANOTHER AMENDMENT. ** Please ensure you have 6973GH-21-R-00052-0003 that refrences two zip files in provision one, an older draft version was accidently loaded for about 10 minutes to beta.sam.gov and has been deleted.

AMENDMENT 0002 DATED JUNE 1, 2021: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE CLOSE OF THE SOLICITATION TO 6/11/2021, 1700 ES. AN AMENDMENT WILL FOLLOW PROVIDING MISSING CBAS AND ADDRESSING OTHER CONCERNS FROM INDUSTRY.

AMENDMENT 0001 DATED MAY 26, 2021: THIS AMENDMENT PROVIDES ANSWERS TO INDUSTRY'S QUESTIONS ALONG WITH MINOR CHANGES TO THE SOLICIATION. THE DUE DATE OF JUNE 4, 2021, 1700 EST REMAINS UNCHANGED. SEE THE AMENDMENT ATTACHED, NAMED 6973GH-21-R-00052-0001, ALONG WITH ATTACHMENTS THERETO.

ORIGINAL NOTICE: The Federal Aviation Administration, (FAA) is currently responsible for aviation weather observation services at selected airports throughout the United States. FAA intends to satisfy this responsibility in part, through the use of the Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) and contract weather observer (CWO) personnel. This solicitation is to acquire the services of weather observer personnel who will provide augmentation and/or back up to the Automated Observing Systems, and to take manual observations as necessary.

The FAA intends to award eleven (11) contracts under this SIR (i.e. 1 award per group). No more than two groups may be awarded to a single business as described in section L.6 in the solicitation.

The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $16.5 million.

This competitive solicitation is set aside for small business, for award of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contracts.
