Contract Security Guard (CSG) Services for U.S. Forces Korea (USFK)   2

Background
The United States Forces Korea (USFK) is seeking to procure Contract Security Guard (CSG) Services to enhance installation access control. This contract falls under the jurisdiction of the Installation Management Command-Pacific (IMCOM-P), which aims to ensure the safety and security of U.S. military installations in Korea. The primary goal is to provide comprehensive security services that meet the operational needs of USFK.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of security services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. **Contract Manager**: Oversee operations for a duration of 10 months under a firm fixed price arrangement.

2. **Area Guard Commanders (AGC)**: Deploy four Area Guard Commanders, one for each designated area (I, II, III, IV), also for 10 months under a firm fixed price.

3. **English Required (ER) Guard Supervisors**: Provide 36,480 hours of supervisory services across all four areas, ensuring compliance with PWS requirements and including all associated costs in the labor rate.

4. **English Required (ER) Security Guards**: Deliver 74,353 hours of security guard services across all areas, meeting PWS standards and including all necessary costs in the labor rate.

5. **Subcontracting Prohibition**: The contractor must perform 100% of the work using its own employees and resources; subcontracting or teaming arrangements are not permitted.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 10 months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various U.S. military installations throughout Korea.
