Description

USAID/Vietnam has modified Contract No. 72044023C00002 Higher Education Development Support with Chemonics International, Inc. to increase the total estimated cost plus fixed fee of the contract by $5,718,745 from $15,417,424 to $21,136,169 and to expand activities under the existing contract objectives to specifically provide support to Vietnam National University Hanoi, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh, and University of Da Nang. The statutory authority permitting this contract modification without providing full and open competition is AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5), impairment of foreign aid programs - continued provision of highly specialized services.
