Background
The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is issuing a solicitation for multiple Contract Delivery Service (CDS) contracts from the Pasco, WA, Sectional Center Facility (SCF).

The goal of these contracts is to provide reliable transportation services for mail delivery across designated routes in the Pasco area. The contracts are aimed at ensuring timely and secure delivery of mail, which is critical to the USPS's mission of providing universal postal service.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing transportation services as specified in the Statement of Work and Specifications. Key tasks include:
1. Performing parcel delivery services from Pasco WA SDC to designated routes (e.g., R301, R319).
2. Adhering to a strict schedule that includes loading/unloading and departure times.
3. Utilizing specified vehicle types that meet USPS requirements, including having roof-mounted warning lights and communication devices.
4. Ensuring the sanctity of the mail by transporting it securely and maintaining confidentiality during transit.
5. Reporting any delays or issues immediately to the postal authority.
6. Performing additional trips as required by USPS or authorized representatives, with compensation adjustments based on route changes.

Period of Performance
The contract term begins on November 18, 2024, and ends on October 31, 2026.

The primary place of performance for these contracts will be at the Pasco WA SDC and surrounding areas within Washington state.
