Continuous Monitoring and Agile Security Services (CMASS) III

This procurement is for Continuous Monitoring and Agile Support Services (CMASS) III to execute the USCIS Risk Management Program, including the identification and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies, the evolution of automated tools to support compliance and risk monitoring, and direct support of Presidential Cybersecurity Executive Orders, including the implementation of zero trust initiatives and other Risk Management activities. Task areas identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) are: - Program Management Services - Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Agile Security Services - Focused Development and Automation Services - Risk Management Operations Support Services Support of the Risk Management Program requires four (4) Key Functions: - Successful execution of the USCIS Risk Management Program and identification and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies. - Risk Management Program Support and including direct subject matter expert expertise provided to the Risk Management Branch Chief. - Maintenance, support, development, and evolution of automated tools to support compliance and risk monitoring. - Development and maintenance of a comprehensive Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Training Program.
