Continuous Improvement and Innovation Model System Training (CPI)

Background
This effort supports the Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO) and Office of Business Transformation (MG) in developing and deploying an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CI²) framework to include training Functional leaders, Operational leaders, and CI² practitioners at all levels while monitoring program accomplishments for suitable return on investment.

Description:Continuous Improvement and Innovation Model System Training (CPI)
SOW:
1. Describe how to utilize mission area support function expertise to connect Model CI² organization knowledge, skills, competencies, methodologies, practices, and processes with existing and emerging innovation-focused programs, software, and practices within the Air Force.
2. Describe your experience with design, developing, delivering, and deploying systematic approaches to elevate and institute mission and performance improvement requirements for BMA value streams that measurably improve the DAF Core Functions’ performance.
3. Describe your staff management approach to provide the right blend of resources in terms of experience, skills, and business domain experience etc.
4. Describe your approach to deploy a model OMS to result in strategically aligned continuous improvement and innovation efforts.
5. Describe your technical expertise to support advising and assisting in leveraging existing training and development resources, including Basic Military Training, AFSC Technical schools, practitioner e-learning, and other sources of professional military education.
6. Describe your experience with design, development, support of competencies for integration of feedback and development of systems such as MyEval, MyLearning, and MyVector.
7. Describe your approach to analyze existing DAF training to determine if training is sufficient and provide recommendations to close any identified gaps.
8. Describe your expertise with advisory and assistance establishing a framework by developing model lines and other implementations to provide proof of concept for transformation of DAF organizations using the DAF's enterprise-wide CI² framework.
9. Describe your experience and ability to support adapting and continuously improving of the DAF CI² framework and implementation based on lessons learned and outcomes from CI² deployments across DAF organizations.
10. Describe your experience with assisting in designing, developing, and deploying performance improvement program management ecosystems and sustainment of the systems.
