The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $15,000,000 and $25,000,000. CONTRACT INFORMATION :This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for the construction of a Continuing Authorities Program (CAP), Battalion Complex in Fort Hood, Texas. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, Design Bid Build contract. An award will be made to the lowest, responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bid, will be the most advantageous to the government. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, which has a size standard of $39.5 million. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2022.
