Background
This solicitation is issued by the Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) and is being sole sourced to Critical Solutions International, Inc. (CSI). The contract aims to provide containerized storage services for the U.S. Army's Husky 2nd Generation (2G) Vehicle Mounted Mine Detection (VMMD) systems, which are crucial for military operations. The goal is to ensure secure storage and management of these critical assets, including sub-systems and spare parts.

Work Details
The requirement includes the provision of 12 Lots (LO) of Containerized Storage services for 22 shipping containers containing:
- Eight (8) Husky 2nd Generation (2G) Vehicle Mounted Mine Detection (VMMD)
- Three (3) Redpacks
- Three (3) Bluepacks

**Service Requirements:**
- Secure storage and inspection of the shipping containers.
- Monthly inventory reporting.
- Initial inventory report confirming vehicles and equipment in storage.
- Final report summarizing efforts at the end of the contract period.

**Facilities Requirements:**
- Secure, fenced property with locked gates and continuous monitoring.
- Restricted access 24/7 during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one year, commencing upon contract award.
