1.3 Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) encompassing the procurement, delivery, installation, and set up of the following facilities:
Three (3) 16' by 40' office containers containing:
- One (1) 25,000 BTU AC Unit per container.
- Ensure all installations are compatible with Guam's electrical system. Voltage used will be 120/240 volts and frequency will be set at 60 hz.
- No less than 6 ceiling mounted LEDS with a minimum lumen output of 75 watts Adequate lighting fixtures
- Two (2) doors, situated at the front and back of each container.
- Four (4) windows per container for natural illumination.
- Ten (10) electrical outlets distributed across the container (2 ports each).
- One (1) Ethernet Hub per container (8 ports each) for connectivity.
- Typhoon-rated construction to withstand adverse weather conditions.
- The structures must comply with the latest version of the International Building Code (IBC) for typhoon resistance and the local Guam Building Code requirements for wind loads

- All structures must be designed and constructed to withstand sustained wind speeds of up to 200 mph, equivalent to Category 5 typhoon conditions.
- All fasteners, connectors, and bracing systems must be rated for high-wind applications and meet or exceed the ASTM standards for structural integrity.
- The contractor shall perform structural leveling and stabilization for all office containers. To include, foundation and base preparation, precision leveling, and an anchoring system.
One (1) Quonset hut gym at 30'x30'x10'containing:
- 8 LED High Bay Lights .
- Two (2) bay doors for accessibility measuring at 8'x10' on each end wall
- Two (2) Industrial 7' ceiling fans
- Typhoon-rated construction to ensure durability in harsh weather conditions.
- The structures must comply with the latest version of the International Building Code (IBC) for typhoon resistance and the local Guam Building Code requirements for wind loads
- All structures must be designed and constructed to withstand sustained wind speeds of up to 200 mph, equivalent to Category 5 typhoon conditions.
- All fasteners, connectors, and bracing systems must be rated for high-wind applications and meet or exceed the ASTM standards for structural integrity.
- The contractor shall perform structural leveling and stabilization for all office containers. To include, foundation and base preparation, precision leveling, and an anchoring system.
- Twelve (12) electrical outlets distributed across the trailer (2 ports each).

1.5.6 Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Site Excalibur. Grid coordinates WGS 84 55P 02655 14991. Naval Base Guam in Santa Rita, Guam.

Background
The contract requires the provision of non-personal services encompassing the procurement, delivery, installation, setup, and maintenance of office containers and a Quonset hut gym at Site Excalibur, Naval Base Guam in Santa Rita, Guam. The structures must comply with the latest version of the International Building Code (IBC) for typhoon resistance and the local Guam Building Code requirements for wind loads. The contractor shall also provide routine maintenance services for each structure on a quarterly basis, including inspections, repairs, and replacements as necessary to ensure continued functionality and compliance with standards.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) encompassing the procurement, delivery, installation, setup and maintenance of the following facilities: Three (3) 16’ by 40’ office containers containing specific requirements such as AC units, lighting fixtures, doors, windows, electrical outlets, Ethernet hubs, typhoon-rated construction specifications and structural leveling and stabilization.
Additionally, one (1) Quonset hut gym at 30’x30’x10’ containing LED high bay lights, bay doors for accessibility, industrial ceiling fans, typhoon-rated construction specifications and electrical outlets.
The work will be performed at Site Excalibur in Santa Rita, Guam.

Period of Performance
The maintenance will be provided 48 months after the completion of the installation of all four structures.
