Container Village SFS Shaw AFB

Background
The 20th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB) in South Carolina received funds from the Air Force Command and Control (ACC) in 2015 to build Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) facilities. The purpose was to enhance training capabilities for more than 20 major mission partners and tenant units across North and South Carolina. The 20th SFS is now seeking to upgrade and expand the MOUT facilities by adding new structures and performing maintenance on existing ones.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide specific equipment and services for the upgrade and expansion of the MOUT village at Shaw AFB. This includes delivering various types of modified cargo shipping containers, such as single 20' MOUT, 20' 'L' Shape MOUT, and Two Story 40' 'L' Step MOUT, along with maintenance and parts package.
Additionally, the contractor needs to equip the containers with a Public Address System, Camera System, and Lighting throughout. The contractor will also be responsible for moving existing containers to a new training area if necessary, laying down a gravel pad for the village at the new location, and delivering all equipment within 120 days after receipt of award.

Period of Performance
All deliverables shall be provided within 120 days after receipt of award.

Place of Performance
The place of performance shall be Shaw AFB in South Carolina.
