The contractor's performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure compliance with expectations based on participant evaluations. Invoicing should be submitted to the COR for verification before being submitted to DFAS Austin for payment.

Attachment A of the Statement of Work lists previous reports that will be reviewed during the assessment process. These reports cover various aspects such as environment of care committee minutes, life safety assessments, hazardous materials inventory, utility management inventory, emergency operations plan, and water quality reports.
