The requirement is for the providing of consultancy services to Mission Turkey for Turkish Social Insurance Organization (TSIO) by preparing all the documents to submit to TSIO and to prepare guidance on existing and changing Turkish social security law. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ for the actual date.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
