The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Contracts as a result of the solicitation that will be posted. Services include but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to the replacement of two existing chillers. Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the applicable maps/drawings for the requirement.

  • Site Visit dates will be pre-scheduled and posted in the solicitation, if/when it is posted.
  • The required response date will be posted on beta.sam.gov and stated in the solicitation, if/when it is posted.
  • This Solicitation may result in Award based on Lowest Pricing Technically Acceptable.

Background
The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Contracts as a result of the solicitation that will be posted. Services include but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to the replacement of two existing chillers. The center was built in the year 1999 and has US Army Reserves as well as US Navy and USMC and even a civilian ID card office.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and install two (2) new chillers York YLAA or equivalent product. The Contractor shall ensure the new chiller system is bolted as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
The Contractor shall ensure the new chillers are installed local codes as well as manufacturer’s guidelines and UFC 3-410-01, UFC 3-410-02, UFC -1-200-01.
The Contractor shall provide and install all necessary piping and insulation required for new chillers. The Contractor shall ensure all piping insulation of new chillers is done using the guidelines from the manual. The programming shall allow the RFOS to make adjustments to the chiller settings from the BAS.
