Work under this requirement includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of nine various one-story buildings of approximately 15,000 gross square feet, the abatement and disposal of hazardous materials, the construction of a new Welcome Center of approximately 1,600 gross square feet, and the construction of a new Wellness Center of approximately 7,500 gross square feet within the campus of the St. Louis Job Corps Center. The requirement also involves construction of new roads and parking lots, landscaping, storm drainage and utility line connections, and site lighting.
