Construction - Paving Services in Belgium

Background
The purpose of the Paving IDIQ is to provide Base Operations to joint military, civilians, and their families at USAG Benelux locations (Chievres Air Base, SHAPE, NATO Support Activity, Brussels American School, and Zutendaal).

This contract aims to enhance the quality of life for interagency community members by ensuring a neat, safe, and healthy work environment. The contract allows the Department of Public Works (DPW) to execute paving projects throughout the fiscal year as required by the Annual Work Plan (AWP), maintaining roads at an Amber/Green level in the Installation Status Report for Infrastructure (ISR-I).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform various paving services including but not limited to: maintaining and repairing roads at USAG Benelux locations; executing projects in accordance with the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, technical exhibits, and references contained in the contract.

All work must comply with applicable safety standards and regulations. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials and labor for paving tasks.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must furnish any required performance and payment bonds. Contractors must comply with security criteria established by Host Nation law to access U.S. installations. Additionally, contractors are responsible for ensuring that all employees meet these requirements.
