Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR24B0013 for the Design-Bid-Build Construction of a Vehicle Maintenance Shop Parking and Storage facility located in Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

The goal of this contract is to support the mission requirements of the Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) by providing necessary parking and storage facilities, which will include a parking area and ancillary buildings. The project is critical as it requires integration with the existing utility infrastructure provided solely by City Light and Power (CLP), the only electric utility provider in the Fort Campbell area.

Work Details
The construction contract involves the following tasks:

1. Construction of Parking and Storage areas to support the current VMS.
2. Coordination with City Light and Power (CLP) for new infrastructure, including creating hookups, making connections, and testing services to ensure operational safety.
3. Compliance with military construction appropriations and regulations. The project requires that all new utility infrastructure be provided by CLP to maintain streamlined integration base-wide, as there are no other utility providers available within the mission boundaries of Fort Campbell.

Period of Performance
The estimated duration for this contract is five hundred and forty (540) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Place of Performance
Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
