Construction of a Tactical Vehicle Wash Facility on Picatinny Arsenal, NJ

The United States Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the US Army Garrison, Department of Public Works, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has awarded a 100% small business set-aside, competitive contract to EST Companies, LLC for demolition of an existing vehicle wash and construction of a new Tactical Vehicle Wash Facility (TVWF) on the same footprint. The existing site is at building Bldg. 242 on Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The TVWF will be built to accommodate noncommercial passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and tactical vehicles. The contract performance period shall be ten years, with a base period for demolition, construction, and commissioning. The remaining contract term is intended for supplies and service needed to maintain operational status.
