Construction Material and Heavy Equipment Rental

Background
The RAAF Curtin is seeking to identify capable and qualified business offerors for the procurement and delivery of construction materials and heavy equipment rental. This initiative is part of their mission to support operations at RAAF Curtin Broome IAP, Western Australia. The government aims to collect market data.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply and delivery of various construction materials and heavy equipment, including:
- Wheeled Excavator (~14t): 2 units (Wheeled or Rubber track required to transition runway without damaging pavement)
- Smooth Bucket Attachment: 1 unit (for Excavator)
- Toothed Bucket Attachment: 1 unit (for Excavator)
- 'Elephant Foot' Plate Compactor: 1 unit (for Excavator)
- Jackhammer Attachment: 1 unit (for Excavator)
- Wheeled Loader (~15t): 1 unit (with a bucket capacity of 1.8–3 m³)
- Compact Track Loader (CTL): 2 units (Wheeled or Rubber track required to transition runway without damaging pavement)
- Fork Lift Attachment: 2 units (for CTL)
- Jack Hammer Attachment: 2 units (for CTL)
- Sweeper/Broom Attachment: 1 unit (for CTL)
- Road Grader: 1 unit (with a blade length of 12-18 feet)
- Water Truck: 1 unit (capacity for 10,000 – 14,000 liters)
- Dump Truck: 2 units (Rear Tipper/Dump).
Additionally, the requirement includes various rebar sizes and quantities as well as concrete specifications such as:
- Concrete with a strength of 300 PSI (20 MPa),
- Plastic sheeting in specified dimensions,
- Concrete cure and bonding compound.

Period of Performance
The anticipated delivery date is no later than May 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
RAAF Curtin Broome IAP, Western Australia.
