Background
The Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (DoD/WHS/AD) is seeking information for potential sources for a Construction Management Technical Support Systems contract. The background includes the agency issuing the contract, their mission, and the goal of the contract.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a wide range of analytical and planning, design, and construction management support services to assist the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) in operating and maintaining the Pentagon Reservation and specified DoD facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). The scope of services may include delivery of multidisciplinary technical and managerial capabilities as related to all elements of facility planning, program and project execution, project oversight, building and utility operations, program management support for identifying requirements, scheduling, estimating and planning for construction, alterations, and repair projects. Other support services to meet missions are program development, technology and/or construction programs/activities strategic planning, systems design and integration, integrated logistics support, acquisition, life cycle management, space allocation, construction management, building commissioning, and contract documentation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be one (1) base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years for a total of five (5) years. The Period of Performance reads as follows:
Base Year: 01 May 2023 – 30 April 2024;
Option Year 1: 01 May 2024 – 30 April 2025;
Option Year 2:01 May 2025 – 30 April 2026;
Option Year 3:01 May 2026 – 30 April 2027;
Option Year 4:01 May 2027 – 30 April 2028

Place of Performance
Work is generally located at the Pentagon Reservation and other WHS managed sites within the NCR. However, some projects may require multiple tours of duty to military installations and other sites of various lengths to deliver the intended support.
