Construction Management Technical Support Services (CMTSS)   3

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) intends to procure Construction Management Technical Support Services (CMTSS) for the Engineering and Construction Management Division (ECM). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement.

A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is contemplated at a mutually agreed upon price for one base period and four option periods to follow. This action will be 100% set-aside for small businesses on a competitive basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a business size standard of $36.5 Million. The anticipated period of performance for the base period is 31 July 2017 through 30 July 2018. This action includes four (4) subsequent, 12 month option periods; spanning from 31 July 2018 to 30 July 2022.
