Background

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform a broad range of construction management, quality assurance activities, and related services to satisfy fluctuating needs and conditions as per the plans developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other Government policy and regulations. The purpose of these activities is to manage the construction contracts and assure that projects are constructed according to construction contract plans and specifications.
Quality assurance activities include coordinating, reading plans and specifications, monitoring, documenting, and reporting on construction contractor quality control activities and construction safety, progress, and testing.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is 2024-2025.

Place of Performance
The work under this contract is expected to be primarily performed in La Salle, IL, but also to include anywhere in St. Louis District’s area of responsibility or other locations in support for other USACE Districts.
