Construction Equipment Rental for 823 RHS Construct New Roads C-64 Range   2

Background
The contract is issued by the 823 RHS, which is focused on road paving projects. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment rentals to support the construction of new roads at the C-64 Range, located north of Eglin AFB.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide equipment leases along with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, delivery, and collection services. The specific equipment to be rented includes:
- 1 Dozer D5 with a 6-way finishing blade
- 2 Three-ton small drum rollers
- 1 Water truck with a capacity between 1500 to 4000 gallons
- 1 Front end wheel loader with a 4 cubic yard bucket
- 1 Fifteen-passenger van capable of transporting up to 15 personnel.
All equipment must be fully operational, clean, and free from any damages or leaks. Additionally, all vehicles must be less than five years old and meet specified safety and compliance standards including functioning parking brakes, horns, mirrors, emergency flashers, seat belts, and current inspection certificates from certified mechanics.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to the C-64 site located north of Eglin AFB.
