CONSTRUCTION ENTRY CONTROL, CST, AND OBSERVER SUPPORT

This is the synopsis for Construction Entry Control Monitor, Construction Surveillance Technician (CST), and Observer Support for the 55th Wing.

This requirement will be an Indefinate Deliver/Indefinate Quantity effort with Firm Fixed Price and Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort CLINS. This requirement will provide Entry Control Monitor, CST, and Observer support to a construction site at Offut AFB.

Attached are the draft solicitation documents for this requirement.

Please submit all questions pertaining to the draft solicitation documents by 29 March 2023 at 2:00 pm CDT. Questions on the draft solicitation documents shall be submitted in writing, proprietary questions will not be answered, and questions will not be accepted after the preceding date and time. The Government will post answers to questions shortly after the preceding date. Please ensure that all quetions submitted reference the specific draft document, paragraph, and page number etc. to which the question pertains.
