ONLY U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Multiple Award Construction Contract II (NMACC II) Awardees are eligible to compete/respond to this Task Order Announcement under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC.

The US Coast Guard requires the design and construction of new housing units at the Nemetz Housing site located on Base Kodiak in Kodiak, AK. The project includes design and construction of roads, parking, utilities, demolition and or relocation of existing structures or debris, and other site amenities, improvements and additional ancillary components required to provide complete and usable structures for the intended purpose.

Project specifications and drawings are available via DoD SAFE to firms under the Coast Guard's NMACC II IDIQ contracts.

Background
