Construct C-130J Flight Simulator Facility   3

The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the project to Construct C-130J Flight Simulator Facility for the 146th Airlift Wing. The project constructs a newly completed facility that will encompass approximately 11,225 sq. ft. consisting of a simulator hangar high bay and general-purpose shops, supporting administrative spaces, and mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and telecommunications rooms. A formal solicitation will be posted with specifics at a later date. The solicitation will include a base bid and additive bid items.

Magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00

Construction/contract completion time is 400 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $39,500,000.00.

This action is being procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside.
