Background
The Savannah District has a requirement from the 78th Air Base Wing (ABW) to provide the construction of an operations complex for the Battle Management Combined Operations Complex (BMCOC) at Robins AFB, GA.

The BMCOC is a 2-story fully Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accredited Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). It will feature 145 rooms including 29 Compartmented Areas, constructed to meet Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and associated security specifications. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) against unauthorized access and ensure compliance with security standards.

Work Details
The contract includes the following construction tasks:
- Primary Facility: All base proposal work required within a line five feet outside of the building.
- Sitework: Demolition, site clearing, grading and drainage, utilities, paving, landscaping, permits, and other construction work required beyond a line five feet outside the building.
- Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP): Training and requirements for working with contaminated soils.
- Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment Package: Procurement and installation associated with FF&E.
- Audio Visual System: Procurement and installation of audio/visual equipment including wiring and devices.
- MEP Decorative Fence: Installation of decorative fencing around MEP yards.
- Redundant Boiler: Provision of redundant boiler and utilities as specified.
- 4th Antenna Platform: Installation of platform and utilities for additional antenna location.
- Free-Standing Roof Safety Rail System: Installation of collapsible guardrail safety system.
