Consolidation Memorandum

THIS IS A CONSOLIDATED PROCUREMENT: SEE ATTACHED CONSOLIDATION MEMORANDUM. Performance Oriented Construction Activities (POCA) for use within the Southwestern Division (SWD) and primarily the Tulsa District (SWT) boundaries of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to be used for either civil and/or military construction projects, design-build construction, repairs, and maintenance. The primary place, or area(s) of performance within the Tulsa District boundaries for this IDC contract are military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, and USACE SWT dams and recreation areas. Specific area(s) of performance will be identified at the time of individual task order award(s). Tulsa District has conducted analysis and market research provided in subsequent sections that demonstrates consolidation of requirements in this procurement is both necessary and justified.
