Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Background
The government is seeking to procure Consolidated Waste Disposal Services at the Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport. This contract aims to ensure proper waste management, including both hazardous and non-hazardous waste, in compliance with applicable health and sanitation laws.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, supervision, transportation, maintenance, operating costs, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, and any other supplies required for the complete performance of the services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Specific tasks include:

1) Providing two (2) trash receptacles/dumpsters (approximately 4 feet W x 5 feet L x 4 feet H) for trash removal. The contractor shall stage these receptacles by July 3, 2025, and begin daily emptying starting July 10, 2025. Trash must be disposed of at an authorized licensed disposal site following all relevant laws.

2) Providing two (2) 55-gallon drums for hazardous waste (one for oil/hydraulic fluid and one for aircraft fuel), also staged by July 3, 2025. The contractor will empty these drums weekly starting July 10, 2025. Hazardous waste must be disposed of according to all applicable regulations.
