Description

The United States Marine Corps requires operation and management services for its CSP in order to execute its Title 10 mission. The CSP provides the United States Marine Corps with operational management and equipment readiness for Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE); Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Equipment (CBRN-D); Special Training Allowance Pool Equipment (STAP); and Soft-Walled Shelters and Camouflage Netting (SWS&CN). The primary objective of the CSP is to ensure that Marines worldwide can receive individual and unit clothing and equipment so that the Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF) are able to deploy combat-ready Marines. The requirement is for operation and management services for the Marine Corps CSP worldwide network of over 57 Government-owned, Contractor-operated (GOCO) facilities at approximately 21 geographic locations worldwide. This includes providing total asset visibility of a $2.7 billion dollar inventory using GOCO Information Technology (GOCO-IT) systems (i.e. Defense Property Accountability System-Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM), Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) Special Operations Forces Sustainment, Asset Visibility and Information Exchange (SSAVIE), and Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)).
