Consolidated Notice -the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) LogiCole application and legacy application consolidation and decommission

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Solution Delivery Division (SDD) is seeking highly technical services in support of the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) LogiCole application and legacy application consolidation and decommission. The Contract Operations Branch - Professional Services Contracting Division proposes to solicit this requirement as a consolidated procurement action under 15 U.S.C. § 657q(c)(2)(B) and 7.107-2(e)(2)(i).

Work Details
The contract will consolidate support for two requirements within DML-ES, including technical program management support and systems applications and products certified integration. The contract will have a base period of 12 months and 3 option periods of 12 months each if needed. The services provided within this contract include program management support services, financial compliance, audit, data management, inventory management, risk analysis, and business analysis.
The objective of this contract is to provide technical support that includes expertise to design, develop, modify, upgrade, test, troubleshoot, implement, support, administer, sustain, maintain security, train, and/or conduct change management practices for all capabilities to achieve the LogiCole technical refresh, consolidation of TEWLS and decommission of DMLSS.

Period of Performance
The base period of the contract is 12 months with 3 option periods of 12 months each if needed.

The services will be performed in support of the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) LogiCole application and legacy application consolidation and decommission.
