The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a consolidated ground maintenance services contract at various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement, set aside for a woman-owned small business (WOSB) IAW AMS Clause 3.6.1-19 Notice of Set-Aside Or Noncompetitive award to women-owned small business concerns eligible under the women-owned small business program. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730 - Landscaping Services.

The Period of Performance is 5 years (base year plus 4 option years).

Site Visits: 07/28/2025 08/01/2025 (Contractors must request registration to attend by 07/25/2025.)

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a consolidated ground maintenance services contract for various FAA facilities in the Jacksonville District of Florida. This contract is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement specifically set aside for woman-owned small businesses (WOSB) in accordance with AMS Clause 3.6.1-19. The mission of the FAA is to ensure safe and efficient air travel, and this contract aims to maintain the grounds of their facilities to support this mission.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for grounds maintenance at specified FAA locations. Key tasks include:
- Upkeep of grounds including weeding, mowing, cleaning, pruning and trimming trees and shrubs, edging walks, drives, and beds.
- Maintaining lawn areas neatly mowed, trimmed, and edged throughout the year.
- Keeping plants, flowers, and shrubs trimmed and planting beds maintained at all times.
- Ensuring fence lines and adjacent parking areas are free from grass, weeds, and debris within 3 feet on each side of the fence.
- Repairing or replacing any grassed areas or shrubs damaged due to contractor's work at no cost to the FAA.
- Performing services during daylight hours Monday through Friday with specific frequency: once a month in November, February, and March; twice a month in April, May, and October; weekly from June to September; no service required in December and January.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five years consisting of a base year plus four option years.

The services will be performed at various FAA facilities located in the Jacksonville District of Florida.
