NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO SATESH LIMITED (DBA: La Quinta Inn & Suites), 801 S Ware Rd. McAllen, TX 78501, USA

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: Department of the Army, 919th Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to award a sole source contract to SATESH LIMITED (DBA: La Quinta Inn & Suites) under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, under the North American Industry Classification System code (NACIS) 721110 Size Standard of $40 million. The proposed procurement is for a one year conference room rental to be utilized as a Tactical Operations Center at McAllen TX.

All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned purchase should submit a response via email NLT 1:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 13, 2022, to denise.hinojosa.mil@mail.mil. Information furnished shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
