Description

The scope of work provides for approximately 2,600 acres of noxious weed survey work on the Conejos Peak Ranger District of the Rio Grande National Forest, and inventory of any infestations found, in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions and provisions contained herein. Summary of project areas, acreages, and maps are provided in Appendix A and B.

Work Details
The contractor is required to conduct a noxious weed survey on the specified area and provide an inventory of any infestations found. The work involves using UL approved flammable storage containers located at least 50 feet from any open flame or other source of ignition. The solicitation also requires the submission of a technical proposal, a price proposal, and contractor representations and certifications. The technical proposal should include past performance information, technical capability details including equipment and key personnel, and a local employment plan as per Public Law 106-291. Additionally, the contractor must provide a work plan/work schedule and a price proposal as specified in the solicitation.
