ConductRF Radio Frequency (RF) Cables and Cable Kits - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is issuing a solicitation for a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) purchase order for ConductRF Brand Name Radio Frequency (RF) Cables and Cable Kits.

This requirement is being solicited on a 100% small business set aside basis, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The goal of the contract is to procure RF cables and cable kits that meet specific technical requirements set forth by the government.

Work Details
The contract will include the following items:
- CLIN 0001: ConductRF Brand Name Radio Frequency (RF) Cables and Cable Kits, with pricing to be determined via an ELIN pricing table.
- CLIN 0002: Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Not Separately Priced (NSP).

Electronic Assemblies MFG ConductRF is the only approved source certified by the Program Office to meet all antenna assembly and Imaging Mast Specification requirements. The anticipated ceiling for this contract is $4,651,758.17. Orders exceeding $10,000 will be placed via delivery orders against the base contract, while orders under $10,000 will be purchased via Government Purchase Card.

Period of Performance
Five years with one ordering year each.
