The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Concrete Repairs at Black Rock Lake in Thomaston, CT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The construction work will consist of repairing cracked, spalled, and unsound concrete at construction joints along a spillway weir; repair of cracked, spalled and unsound concrete at retaining walls; cleaning spillway walls of graffiti; replacing a deteriorated tile gauge; and replacing a ladder system leading down to the inlet weirs from the inlet platform.

This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 18, 2021. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Beta.Sam.Gov website (www.beta.sam.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.
