Concrete Prefabricated Vault Restroom and Install

Concrete prefabricated vault restroom and install: Okefenokee NWR is in need of a double restroom which will provide two vault restrooms with 1,000 gallon holding tanks for each side, and install at Suwannee Canal Recreation Picnic Area. Standard features, specification requirements, and required period of performance timeline are outlined in the SOW attached. Delivery and Install Requirements: Prepare the site, install the vault facility, ensure the restroom aligns with existing sidewalks/concrete, backfill material (providing materials as needed) around the holding tanks, and pour any concrete to finish off the site. The facility being installed shall be a precast concrete double vault restroom (toilet facility) with storage room ("chase") that meets the requirements in the SOW. Evaluation Factors: Price and Technical Evaluation Factor 1: Price - Lowest Price, must complete attached Quote Schedule (attachment 3) and return with quote package. Must also provide an itemized breakdown of cost along with the Quote Schedule. Evaluation Factor 2: Technical - Must provide information/documentation showing you can meet the Standard Features and Requirements outlined in the SOW, and adhering to the GSA Schedule Pricelist established within your GSA contract.
