Background
The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) is acting on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) to procure concrete forms, slabs, and blocks. The goal of this contract is to fulfill specific construction needs for the WVARNG, ensuring that all specifications are met under a lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process.

Work Details
The solicitation includes the following specifications for concrete products:
- Concrete Forms: 4’x4’x6” square pads with a compressive strength of 3,000 psi, featuring #3 rebar centered 6 inches from the edges, broom finish, and a non-coated steel cable handle for forklift movement. Quantity: 84 slabs.
- Full Concrete Blocks: Quantity: 1960 blocks.
- Half Concrete Blocks: Quantity: 100 blocks.
- Concrete Slabs: with angled steel on the edges and #3 rebar throughout the slab, also featuring a non-coated steel cable handle for forklift movement. Quantity: 8 slabs.
